About the role

  • Perform the monthly closing and analyze the accounts receivable report, ensuring accuracy of information.
  • Manage the sending and return of receivables handled by external collection agencies.
  • Monitor daily loss provisions and support the management of performance indicators.
  • Provide support to the sales team, answering inquiries related to collections.
  • Identify duplicate payments and manage the reimbursement request process.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of collection processes and internal controls.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree completed or in progress in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, or related fields.
  • Experience in corporate (B2B) collections.
