About the role
- Work on month-end closing and perform detailed analysis of the accounts receivable report, contributing to the area’s strategic decisions.
- Control the submission and return of receivables sent to external collection agencies.
- Monitor the allowance for doubtful accounts daily and report significant variances.
- Support the commercial/sales team by clarifying collection-related questions.
- Identify duplicate payments and manage the reimbursement request process.
- Help develop and improve the area’s reports and performance indicators.
- Provide operational and analytical support to coordination.
- Perform collections for medium-complexity clients, ensuring clear communication and proper follow-up of cases.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, or related fields.
- Experience in corporate (B2B) collections.
