About the role

  • Manage a portfolio of sales partners, ensuring timely payments and a seamless customer experience.
  • Analyze partners' creditworthiness and recommend credit limits to support sales growth while minimizing risk.
  • Investigate and resolve overdue invoices, deductions, and partner claims with a proactive, solution-oriented approach.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and leadership to monitor financial trends and support strategic decisions.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation using tools such as SAP, FIS, and internal systems.
  • Prepare reports and insights for leadership, including updates on high-risk accounts and bad-debt forecasts.
  • Recommend and execute debt-recovery actions, including involving third-party agencies when necessary.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field required.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to interact effectively with all levels of management.
  • Must be fluent in English (read, write, speak, and comprehend).
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to follow up promptly under time constraints and pressure.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with demonstrated leadership, professionalism, and teamwork qualities.
  • Highly proficient in computer applications, especially Microsoft Office (Excel and Word), and able to learn mainframe applications.
  • Extremely thorough, self-motivated, and able to work with little or no supervision.
  • Demonstrates a strong commitment to excellence.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and propose alternative financial solutions within predetermined risk parameters.
  • Residence in the Curitiba region (Brazil) is required for the hybrid work arrangement.
