About the role
- Provide support for the billing process, ensuring all required information is complete and accurate for issuing invoices.
- Resolve discrepancies by analyzing and correcting inconsistencies in orders, prices, taxes, or customer data.
- Follow up on customer requests, including complaints and adjustment requests, in coordination with the responsible teams.
- Monitor orders pending billing, identify bottlenecks and contribute to process flow improvements.
- Update spreadsheets and systems, keeping billing data and product mix organized and up to date.
Requirements
- Intermediate to advanced Excel skills.
- Previous experience in administrative routines, billing, commercial support, or operations.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to handle large volumes of data.
- Organized and disciplined in tracking processes, deadlines, and outstanding items.
- Good communication skills for interaction with internal departments and, occasionally, with customers.
