About the role
- Support the planning, implementation and monitoring of initiatives that promote employees' physical, mental, and social health.
- Serve as a point of contact for operational alignment of activities, monitoring of indicators, and support for preventive initiatives.
- Assist in ensuring legal compliance, organizing mandatory trainings, and conducting educational campaigns.
- Collaborate in the execution of occupational health and safety programs, ensuring adherence to internal guidelines.
- Track metrics related to health, safety and well-being, providing analyses and suggestions for improvement.
- Help create internal campaigns, informational materials and activities that reinforce a culture of wellness.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Social Work.
- Knowledge of labor legislation, health and safety standards, and quality-of-life policies.
- Familiarity with Occupational Health, Workplace Safety, or Wellness Programs.
- Ability to analyze indicators, read reports and make data-driven decisions.
- Ability to build relationships across departments and act as a point of contact on health and well-being topics.
- Organizational skills and the ability to follow up on projects, processes and operational routines.
- Proactivity, a sense of priority and focus on practical, innovative solutions.
- You will stand out if you have:
- Experience with mental health programs, ergonomics and accident prevention initiatives.
- Experience with CIPA (Internal Commission for Accident Prevention), educational campaigns and well-being promotion initiatives.
- Certifications or courses in Occupational Health, Workplace Safety, Ergonomics or Quality of Life/Wellness.
- Experience working in medium or large corporate environments.
