About the role
- As a Product Designer you will be responsible for promoting a customer-centric, user-centric and business-centric culture within the Design Chapter and disseminating it across the squads.
- Work collaboratively with Product Managers and members of the business, engineering, architecture, data teams and other internal and external stakeholders.
- Understand the product strategy and users’ needs to create solid, consistent design proposals.
- Participate in product development from discovery through implementation.
- Build connections with other business areas, data and marketing at all levels of the organization, influencing business decisions that uphold customer-, user- and business-centered design.
- Partner with Product Managers and developers.
- Help create and strengthen a design culture focused on the user and delivering results by sharing ideas, evolving processes and vision.
- Inspire fellow product designers by setting a high standard for quality design work.
- Prepare and deliver structured presentations to share new ideas, progress and how the team is solving problems.
- Lead co-creation sessions and workshops with different teams and customers.
- Run A/B tests and other experiments.
- Create processes for the UX team to improve delivery quality.
- Prototype, validate hypotheses and have an interest in data analysis.
- Create flows, wireframes and interfaces and apply working dynamics with the squad and business area.
Requirements
- Experience conducting and following user research, hypothesis validation and data analysis.
- Strong design skills, including Design Ops and Design Systems, with the ability to mentor other designers and elevate design quality.
- A blend of UI, UX, Research, Design Ops and Design System expertise.
- Experience designing responsive web interfaces and mobile applications.
- Proficiency with design and prototyping tools.
