About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support customers in a customer-focused service role
- Work closely with workshop and parts teams
- Ensure a seamless service experience from booking through to vehicle completion
- Interpret parts and apply automotive technical knowledge
- Coordinate customer service and aftersales activities
- Travel to other workshop or training facilities across New Zealand as required
Requirements
What you’ll need- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Minimum of three years’ technical experience in the automotive/commercial vehicle industry
- Experience within the automotive, heavy vehicle, or transport industry
- Strong automotive technical knowledge
- Parts interpretation skills
- Desire to provide exceptional customer service
- Strong problem-solving, organisational, and time management skills
- Ability to build positive relationships with customers and colleagues
- Full Australian or New Zealand working rights
- Successful completion of standard pre-employment checks, including medical and other background checks
