About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead and oversee the remarketing process for assets, from listing through to sale completion
  • Execute and monitor the asset sales process, tracking sales performance, timelines and financial results
  • Ensure proper documentation and regularization of assets
  • Manage the asset portfolio, monitoring inventory, timelines, movements and operational indicators
  • Manage and monitor suppliers and partners, tracking deliveries, deadlines and service levels
  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve operational efficiency and delivery quality
  • Prepare and analyze financial results, control costs and ensure correct allocation of expenses
  • Perform controls, reconciliations and validations of information and results
  • Prepare reports, analyses and management presentations to support decision-making and monitor performance
  • Identify and implement continuous improvements, automation and process optimization

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics or related field
  • Experience in asset management and remarketing processes
  • Knowledge of data analysis and KPIs
  • Advanced Excel
  • Experience with Power BI
  • Familiarity with Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools
  • Advanced English
  • Analytical skills
  • Strong organizational and planning skills
  • Good communication and negotiation skills
