About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Prepare customers’ new trucks for delivery
Complete pre-delivery repairs and fit-up work
Assist technicians as required
Follow work instructions and processes to ensure quality and SHE standards
Complete relevant documentation as required
Work primarily with the New Vehicle Delivery team at the Campbellfield branch

Requirements

What you’ll need

Mechanical aptitude with experience in a similar position
Current Heavy Commercial driver’s licence (HR class desirable), or ability to obtain one
Experience in trailer manufacturing, new vehicle preparation, or heavy vehicle/automotive repairs and servicing environment (preferred)
Scania / European truck experience (desirable)
Strong communication
Exceptional attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
Full New Zealand or Australian working rights
Successful completion of standard pre-employment checks, including medical and other background checks
