About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Prepare customers’ new trucks for delivery
  • Complete pre-delivery repairs and fit-up work
  • Assist technicians as required
  • Follow work instructions and processes to ensure quality and SHE standards
  • Complete relevant documentation as required
  • Work primarily with the New Vehicle Delivery team at the Campbellfield branch

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Mechanical aptitude with experience in a similar position
  • Current Heavy Commercial driver’s licence (HR class desirable), or ability to obtain one
  • Experience in trailer manufacturing, new vehicle preparation, or heavy vehicle/automotive repairs and servicing environment (preferred)
  • Scania / European truck experience (desirable)
  • Strong communication
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
  • Full New Zealand or Australian working rights
  • Successful completion of standard pre-employment checks, including medical and other background checks
