About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Identify and act strategically on the specific needs of business areas
  • Develop and implement targeted people/team development programs aligned with HR guidelines
  • Support leaders in identifying alternatives to address competency needs
  • Serve as a strategic consultant in change management and diversity & inclusion, acting as an agent of cultural transformation

  • Analyze metric trends in collaboration with People Services to consolidate insights, develop concepts and propose actions
  • Act as a trusted partner to managers and teams in HR processes
  • Create a talent strategy for the business unit aligned with corporate programs
  • Represent the talent interests of the business unit within the organization

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • Advanced English proficiency
  • Solid professional experience across multiple HR subsystems, such as Compensation, Change Management, Talent Management, Competency Management, Performance Management, Organizational Climate, and Diversity & Inclusion
