About the role
- Lead the Prestons branch including workshop, parts and front counter to ensure excellent service and maximum efficiency
- Ensure at all times that Safety and Quality are at the forefront
- Work with the team to deliver consistent service excellence
- Develop new customer business whilst maintaining existing relationships
- Establish and review sales, inventory, marketing and operating costs, budgets, targets and procedures
Requirements
- Previous workshop/branch management experience in the heavy vehicle or related industry
- Experience in managing a cross functional team with the ability to lead by example
- Commitment to health, safety and quality
- Ability to lead, mentor, coach and motivate your team
