About the role

  • Lead the Prestons branch including workshop, parts and front counter to ensure excellent service and maximum efficiency
  • Ensure at all times that Safety and Quality are at the forefront
  • Work with the team to deliver consistent service excellence
  • Develop new customer business whilst maintaining existing relationships
  • Establish and review sales, inventory, marketing and operating costs, budgets, targets and procedures

Requirements

  • Previous workshop/branch management experience in the heavy vehicle or related industry
  • Experience in managing a cross functional team with the ability to lead by example
  • Commitment to health, safety and quality
  • Ability to lead, mentor, coach and motivate your team
