About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Provide technical and engineering solutions for Scania vehicles to dealer network, customers, and bodybuilders.
Build strong relationships with stakeholders and understand customer requirements.
Translate customer requirements into practical, compliant, and commercially viable vehicle solutions.
Ensure vehicle specifications comply with current Type Approval requirements and manage specification deviations.
Evaluate new product introductions by providing technical and legislative expertise.
Advise dealers, customers, and bodybuilders on transport engineering solutions.
Provide technical support to the sales team during customer consultations and negotiations.
Identify customer-specific technical requirements and develop solutions for non-standard vehicle specifications.
Prepare and deliver technical product training for internal sales teams and external bodybuilders.
Act as a key user for sales tools and deliver training to the sales team.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree (or final-year student) in Automotive Engineering or another relevant technical field.
Previous experience in the heavy vehicle industry is preferred; knowledge of commercial vehicles will be considered a strong advantage.
Very good command of English (minimum B2 level), both written and spoken.
Proactive, well-organized, and results-driven with the ability to manage priorities effectively.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain productive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Willingness and flexibility to travel internationally when required.
