About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Welcoming customers and coordinating the repair process
- Planning and scheduling service work
- Preparing quotations and managing work orders and invoices

- Cooperating with the workshop and other departments
- Building long-term customer relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction
Requirements
What you’ll need- Minimum secondary-level technical qualification (applications from recent graduates with a higher education technical degree are also welcome)
- Experience in the automotive industry or a service environment
- Customer-focused, self-driven, and solution-oriented mindset
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Proficiency in standard computer applications
- Category B driving licence
- Willingness to work in shifts
- Advantages: English or German language skills, experience in a commercial vehicle service workshop, experience in insurance administration or claims handling, Category C, D, or E driving licence
