About the role

Requirements

- Customer-focused, self-driven, and solution-oriented mindset
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Proficiency in standard computer applications
- Category B driving licence
- Willingness to work in shifts
- Advantages: English or German language skills, experience in a commercial vehicle service workshop, experience in insurance administration or claims handling, Category C, D, or E driving licence
