About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Greet workshop customers, open the work order, request credit authorization, and request customer registration/update;
Check the vehicle history (CoresNet, Siconnet and/or WHI) and Claw to identify additional services and technical and safety campaigns required for the vehicle;
Prepare estimates for requested services using Multi and offer additional services detected in the vehicle history, checklist, pending campaigns, PMS inspections, etc.;
Classify the origin of services as well as lost sales in the system to enable offering services in the future;
Schedule services proactively (promote scheduling) and reactively (accept scheduling) - DCS 1;1;
Negotiate service prices and timelines with customers using commercial and technical arguments, requesting negotiation and credit authorization when necessary;
Direct services according to their nature (warranty, preventive maintenance, minor or major corrective maintenance, etc.);
Complete the service process (close work order, release vehicle) and issue invoices to the customer;
Offer, negotiate, and sell Scania Maintenance Programs (PMS);
Prospect services in accordance with the dealership's service strategy (DCS 0;1, 0;2 and 0;3).

Requirements

What you’ll need

High school diploma;
1 to 3 years of experience.
