Customer Service Associate

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Ensures alignment and achievement of commercial objectives with the overall strategy
- Manages contract execution, relationship follow-up, complaint handling, customer retention and prospecting of clients and partners
- Carries out customer service activities to ensure efficient and smooth operations
- Ensures the accuracy, completeness and integrity of client files in customer records and internal systems, as well as the confidentiality of client information
- Processes client contracts, including requests, ensuring they are handled accurately and efficiently
- Works closely with the sales team to ensure a consistent, high-quality customer experience in line with validated proposals
- Collaborates closely with the accounting team on client invoicing and with business suppliers for processing and settlement
- Monitors and follows up on customer and partner complaints and responses; documents prospect files and all commercial interactions (business relationship entries) using collected documents and conducted interviews, and ensures regular updates to their filing
- Performs internal controls related to the role
- Prepares annual and monthly commercial action plans
- Maintains commercial KPI dashboards
- Implements and maintains commercial management procedures
- Prepares monthly reports on commercial activity
- Maintains and archives documents related to all business relationships.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Master's degree (Bac+4/5) in Commerce, Business Administration or a related field
- Significant experience in commercial activities and customer service, with specific experience in the finance sector, particularly leasing (finance lease / credit-bail)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to understand client needs and propose appropriate solutions
