About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Ensures alignment and achievement of commercial objectives with the overall strategy
Manages contract execution, relationship follow-up, complaint handling, customer retention and prospecting of clients and partners
Carries out customer service activities to ensure efficient and smooth operations
Ensures the accuracy, completeness and integrity of client files in customer records and internal systems, as well as the confidentiality of client information
Processes client contracts, including requests, ensuring they are handled accurately and efficiently
Works closely with the sales team to ensure a consistent, high-quality customer experience in line with validated proposals
Collaborates closely with the accounting team on client invoicing and with business suppliers for processing and settlement
Monitors and follows up on customer and partner complaints and responses; documents prospect files and all commercial interactions (business relationship entries) using collected documents and conducted interviews, and ensures regular updates to their filing
Performs internal controls related to the role
Prepares annual and monthly commercial action plans
Maintains commercial KPI dashboards
Implements and maintains commercial management procedures
Prepares monthly reports on commercial activity
Maintains and archives documents related to all business relationships.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Master's degree (Bac+4/5) in Commerce, Business Administration or a related field
Significant experience in commercial activities and customer service, with specific experience in the finance sector, particularly leasing (finance lease / credit-bail)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to understand client needs and propose appropriate solutions
