About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Analyze reports of inventory items, obsolete items, excess stock, and inventory volume, and register disposal of promoted or problematic items and perform inventory adjustments.
Update and develop KPIs for the Procurement area.
Monitor action plans and improvements by branch, resolving logistical issues related to item delivery lead times and operational matters.
Participate in parts inventory across all branches.
Enter and update price lists in the system.
Implement governance and controls for the service area.
Provide manuals and conduct training and guidance for managers and staff.
Manage the parts exchange system.
Place orders for lubricants and workshop consumables and manage related reports.
Update reports for Accounting regarding compilation of mechanics' hours, calculate warranty labor costs, and evaluate margins on parts and services in general.
