About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Analyze reports of inventory items, obsolete items, excess stock, and inventory volume, and register disposal of promoted or problematic items and perform inventory adjustments.
  • Update and develop KPIs for the Procurement area.
  • Monitor action plans and improvements by branch, resolving logistical issues related to item delivery lead times and operational matters.
  • Participate in parts inventory across all branches.
  • Enter and update price lists in the system.
  • Implement governance and controls for the service area.
  • Provide manuals and conduct training and guidance for managers and staff.
  • Manage the parts exchange system.
  • Place orders for lubricants and workshop consumables and manage related reports.
  • Update reports for Accounting regarding compilation of mechanics' hours, calculate warranty labor costs, and evaluate margins on parts and services in general.
