About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • You will be a key member of our dynamic Wiri Parts & Customer Service team.
  • With strong internal/external customer relationships, you will ensure customer needs and expectations are achieved throughout their Scania experience.
  • Working for Scania is not just about the job. It is about you too.
  • As the face of Wiri team, you will be first point of contact, welcoming our customers (face to face, phone or email)
  • Work closely with the Workshop to ensure availability of parts
  • Through excellent customer relationship management, you will drive sales growth of Scania parts
  • Developing an understanding of individual customer product and service needs
  • Exceptional communications with external and internal customers, written and verbal, to schedule vehicles and provide updates
  • Creating work orders, allocating work to the workshop and invoicing
  • Monitor stock, spare parts and inventory

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Previous experience in a customer service and/or parts/warehouse role, preferably within the automotive industry.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong abilities in time management, organisation and administration
  • Ability to think on your feet and show initiative
  • Previous experience in a parts/warehouse role (automotive industry preferred)
