About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead and coordinate a cross-functional organization of approximately 50 professionals
Develop and implement a Strategic Cockpit concept for Scania Group China
Ensure robust governance and compliance frameworks
Build and maintain relationships with governmental entities and policymakers
Drive Scania’s sustainability agenda and corporate communications
Support long-term business development with collaboration across Scania and TRATON

Requirements

What you’ll need

Extensive leadership experience in strategy, governance, public affairs, or legal in international organizations
Strong strategic mindset and understanding of complex systems
Ability to drive change and transformation in complex environments
Proven skills in building trust across diverse stakeholders
Commercial and industrial experience preferable, including automotive industry
Fluency in English, Mandarin is a strong advantage
