About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead, support, mentor and manage the Workshop, Parts and Customer Service areas
Ensure that Safety and Quality are at the forefront
Work with team to deliver consistent service excellence
Develop new customer business whilst maintaining existing relationships
Establish and review sales, inventory, marketing and operating costs, budgets, targets and procedures

Requirements

What you’ll need

Previous workshop/branch management experience in the heavy vehicle or related industry
Experience in managing a cross functional team with the ability to lead by example
Commitment to health, safety and quality
Ability to lead, mentor, coach and motivate your team
