About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Operate and support network environments (LAN, WAN, WLAN and industrial networks), ensuring availability and performance.
Assist in identifying, analyzing and resolving low- and medium-complexity incidents, escalating when necessary.
Perform basic configurations on network devices such as switches, routers and access points.
Assist in implementing changes and improvements to network environments.
Monitor networks using corporate monitoring tools.
Assist in creating and updating technical documentation, diagrams and operational procedures.
Collaborate with technical teams and related departments on infrastructure activities and projects.
Follow established IT governance and operational best practices and processes.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in progress or completed in Information Technology, Engineering, Information Systems or related fields.
Basic knowledge of computer networks (TCP/IP, VLAN, switching and routing).
Familiarity with Layer 2 and Layer 3 protocols (STP, OSPF – basic).
Basic knowledge of wireless networks.
Familiarity with DNS, DHCP and IP addressing concepts.
Interest in developing technical skills in networking and security.
Previous experience (internship or projects) in IT infrastructure.
Intermediate English.
