About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Operate and support network environments (LAN, WAN, WLAN and industrial networks), ensuring availability and performance.
  • Assist in identifying, analyzing and resolving low- and medium-complexity incidents, escalating when necessary.
  • Perform basic configurations on network devices such as switches, routers and access points.
  • Assist in implementing changes and improvements to network environments.
  • Monitor networks using corporate monitoring tools.
  • Assist in creating and updating technical documentation, diagrams and operational procedures.
  • Collaborate with technical teams and related departments on infrastructure activities and projects.
  • Follow established IT governance and operational best practices and processes.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in progress or completed in Information Technology, Engineering, Information Systems or related fields.
  • Basic knowledge of computer networks (TCP/IP, VLAN, switching and routing).
  • Familiarity with Layer 2 and Layer 3 protocols (STP, OSPF – basic).
  • Basic knowledge of wireless networks.
  • Familiarity with DNS, DHCP and IP addressing concepts.
  • Interest in developing technical skills in networking and security.
  • Previous experience (internship or projects) in IT infrastructure.
  • Intermediate English.
