Parts, Customer Service Employee

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- You will be a key member of our dynamic Waikato Parts & Customer Service team.
- With strong internal/external customer relationships, you will ensure customer needs and expectations are achieved throughout their Scania experience.

- As the face of Waikato team, you will be first point of contact, welcoming our customers (face to face, phone or email)
- Work closely with the Workshop to ensure availability of parts
- Through excellent customer relationship management, you will drive sales growth of Scania parts
- Developing an understanding of individual customer product and service needs
- Exceptional communications with external and internal customers, written and verbal, to schedule vehicles and provide updates
- Creating work orders, allocating work to the workshop and invoicing
- Monitor stock, spare parts and inventory
Requirements
What you’ll need- Previous experience in a customer service and/or parts/warehouse role
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong abilities in time management, organisation and administration
- Ability to think on your feet and show initiative
- Previous experience in a parts/warehouse role (automotive industry preferred)
