Implement long-term strategies for the Supply Control department and translate this vision into clear goals for your team
Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders to address and resolve supply chain challenges

Requirements

What you’ll need

You hold a bachelor/master’s degree and have at least three years of professional experience in a relevant field, along with solid knowledge of supply chain and/or logistic
You are an assertive team player with strong analytical capacities and a proactive approach to challenges
You are a natural team leader with a passion for coaching and inspiring others
Prior experience in a leadership role is preferred
A strong passion for and knowledge of supply chain management, with an understanding of its complexities and dynamics
Strong MS Office skills and fluency in Dutch and English are essential.
