About the role
- Submit expense reimbursement reports and expense invoices, excluding sales;
- Close the cash drawer;
- Send service invoices and/or boletos (bank payment slips) to clients;
- Collect outstanding receivables from clients;
- Organize and gather documents required by clients for service delivery;
- Perform basic registration of new clients;
- Assist HR with hiring, contract formalization (homologation), and time-clock closure;
- Collect all client registration documentation for subsequent submission to the credit department;
- Prepare purchase requisitions;
- Prepare various reports.

- Undergraduate studies in progress
