Ensure the customer’s needs and expectations are met throughout their Scania experience, from first customer enquiry, through administration, invoicing, and follow up
Work closely with the Service Team & Workshop Controller to ensure effective delivery of work orders
Deliver exceptional customer communication – external and internal
Manage and ensure accuracy of all documentation
Create and invoice work orders, job lines and allocate work to the workshop for planning of activity
Be part of the Kewdale Customer Service Team
Requirements
Vehicle/transport industry experience preferable
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to think on your feet and show initiative
Strong abilities in time management, organisation and administration
Effective problem solving, negotiation and influencing skills
Professional written and verbal communication skills
Mechanical or workshop aptitude
Full working rights for New Zealand or Australia required
