Customer Support

• Ensure the customer’s needs and expectations are met throughout their Scania experience, from first customer enquiry, through administration, invoicing, and follow up
• Work closely with the Service Team & Workshop Controller to ensure effective delivery of work orders
• Deliver exceptional customer communication – external and internal
• Manage and ensure accuracy of all documentation
• Create and invoice work orders, job lines and allocate work to the workshop for planning of activity
• Be part of the Kewdale Customer Service Team
