About the role
- Customer Relationship Management / Account Management by developing and implementing a customer contact plan.
- Act as first point of contact for customer queries and complaints.
- Develop and implement a customer contact plan to engage potential customers.
- Identify sales opportunities and represent the organization at trade shows.
- Sell complex standard products and/or services that meet the customer's needs.
- Schedule follow-up actions and enter relevant information into the CRM system.
Requirements
- In depth knowledge of local & regional business environment.
- High understanding of customers and their commercial offerings.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Outstanding customer relationships skills.
- Experience within a sales environment is essential.
