About the role
- Provide technical support to dealerships, sharing up-to-date knowledge of Scania aftersales products, processes, and tools;
- Perform remote fault diagnostics, supporting the network and contributing to accurate service decisions;
- Act as technical liaison with Quality Engineering (Field Quality), reporting deviations, updating records in the engineering system, preparing analyses, and following up on field investigations;
- Support internal departments (maintenance, parts, sales, etc.) on technical matters that may generate business opportunities;
- Prepare technical reports for the legal department when required.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Automotive, Electrical, Automation, Production Engineering, or related fields;
- Knowledge of heavy vehicle (diesel) automotive mechanics;
- Previous experience in technical diagnostics of automotive vehicles;
- Experience in aftersales and technical support to customers/dealerships;
- Intermediate English (advanced English is a plus);
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (advanced level is a plus);
- Availability to travel.
- Basic knowledge of Power BI development and analysis;
- Field experience working with customers and dealership networks;
- Knowledge of statistics and data automation (AI) is a plus.
