About the role
- Lead UX initiatives from research and concept to design and delivery, ensuring adherence to brand design systems.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and measurement to continuously improve products and services.
- Create user journeys that break down complexity and give a holistic view of services.
- Design intuitive, visually engaging interfaces and interaction flows that enhance user experience and drive adoption.
- Collaborate closely with developers to hand over designs, provide documentation, and ensure accurate implementation of user interfaces.
- Streamline design workflows and establish ways of working that scale across the organization.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and enable synergies between brands and markets.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human Behavior, Interaction Design, or equivalent.
- 3-7 years of proven experience in UX and UI design, working with multiple user-centered digital products.
- High proficiency in design tools such as Figma and experience of working with design systems.
- Strong English skills required (primary working language).
- Experience in finance, insurance, banking, or mobility is a plus but not required.
- Able to work from Södertälje office 2 days per week.
- Confident communicator, able to advocate for UX in a complex, IT-driven environment.
- Self-driven, proactive, collaborative, solution-oriented, and resilient.
- Curious and excited about new tech/AI and how to use it to enhance design.
- Background check required; screening may include logical and personality tests.
