About the role

  • Implementation of the marketing communications strategy for the Business Unit
  • Conceptualization, execution and analysis of digital campaigns (Google Ads, social ads, lead ads)
  • Maintenance and further development of the website, SEO and geotargeting of website content
  • Creation of reports, analyses and actionable recommendations to optimize campaigns, conversion rates, target groups and customer journeys
  • Promotion of digital innovation in communications and ensuring a consistent brand message along the customer journey
  • Building, implementing and further developing marketing automation processes for lead generation, customer loyalty and upselling to existing customers
  • Optimization of processes for lead qualification and lead handling in coordination with Sales
  • Support in building the Scania brand as a leading provider of sustainable transport solutions

Requirements

  • Successfully completed degree with a focus on Marketing/Media or a comparable qualification
  • Several years of professional experience in Digital Marketing and Customer Experience
  • Practical experience with content management systems, web analytics tools, Google Ads, social media ads and Adobe Creative Cloud
  • Enthusiasm for digital trends, data and technology
  • Able to multitask, flexible and a true team player
  • Relevant experience in cross-border project coordination
  • Creativity and a passion for implementing innovative online projects
  • Analytical, results-oriented mindset and approach
  • Strong communication skills – excellent German and English, both written and spoken
  • Independent, goal-oriented working style with a hands-on mentality
  • Experience with generative AI, machine learning and automation tools for personalization, campaign management and process optimization
  • Ability to analyse complex data, present it clearly and translate it into concrete business recommendations
  • Know-how in designing cross-channel customer journeys and an affinity for new technologies
