About the role
- Interact with customers across multiple channels, including email, phone, and chat
- Serve as 1st line support, answering customer inquiries and managing cases
- Handle escalations efficiently, coordinating between different support levels
- Act as the primary link between customers and internal service development teams
- Gather, structure, and communicate customer feedback to internal stakeholders
- Own knowledge management and quality assurance for customer support processes
- Create and maintain knowledge articles and best-practice documentation
- Provide clear guidance and support to customers navigating digital services
Requirements
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build strong relationships
- Proactive and solution-oriented mindset, identifying opportunities and offering constructive suggestions
- At least 3 years of experience in similar customer support or service roles
- Fluency in English and at least one additional language
- Genuine interest in helping others, with patience and empathy
