About the role

  • Interact with customers across multiple channels, including email, phone, and chat
  • Serve as 1st line support, answering customer inquiries and managing cases
  • Handle escalations efficiently, coordinating between different support levels
  • Act as the primary link between customers and internal service development teams

Requirements

  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to build strong relationships
  • Proactive and solution-oriented mindset, identifying opportunities and offering constructive suggestions
  • At least 3 years of experience in similar customer support or service roles
  • Fluency in English and at least one additional language
  • Genuine interest in helping others, with patience and empathy
