About the role
- Lead and prioritise development for three core applications used in the global order and delivery flow
- Collaborate with concept developers, implementation specialists and development teams
- Gather, structure and translate business requirements into a clear and transparent product backlog
- Ensure that solutions support complete end-to-end processes
- Balance user needs with long-term architecture and standardised ways of working
- Support planning, coordination and continuous improvement across the teams
- Work closely with development teams to secure stable releases
- Manage dependencies across applications
Requirements
- Experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst or similar role in an agile environment
- Strong stakeholder-management skills
- Ability to translate complex business needs into clear requirements and priorities
- Understanding of how digital tools support full end-to-end business processes
- Fluency in English (written and spoken)
- A degree in Business, IT or Engineering — or equivalent experience
