About the role
- You will be the voice of our customers
- You will communicate daily with distributors and customers globally
- By receiving, understanding and prioritizing deviations you will prepare field quality items for further processing within Scania
- Travelling to site will sometimes be necessary to fully understand complex deviations, approximately twenty days per year
- Your field quality team consists of five employees and a manager
- You will have your own area of expertise and together our team are the inlet for all deviations concerning Power Solutions
Requirements
- Driven, structured and analytical
- Communicates well in English, both written and spoken
- Technical academic degree or similar work experience
- Strong technical interest with a customer-focused approach
- Knowledge about combustion engines, aftertreatment systems & control systems is highly valued
- Experience in customer relations and general customer communications are merited
