About the role
- Facilitate workshops and discussions with process and product owners, IT architects, and operations teams.
- Define and model business capabilities, identify gaps or redundancies across departments.
- Update and refine HR taxonomy quarterly; review and improve the service portfolio regularly.
- Provide expert guidance on policies and procedures, resolving queries and escalating complex issues.
- Identify optimization opportunities, maintain ARIS content, and support updates in ALTO.
- Plan and deliver training sessions and proactive guidance to stakeholders.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in business architecture or related roles.
- Proven experience in capability mapping and process optimization.
- Familiarity with HR processes, service catalogues, and taxonomy management.
- Experience working in global organizations and cross-functional teams.
