About the role

  • Facilitate workshops and discussions with process and product owners, IT architects, and operations teams.
  • Define and model business capabilities, identify gaps or redundancies across departments.
  • Update and refine HR taxonomy quarterly; review and improve the service portfolio regularly.
  • Provide expert guidance on policies and procedures, resolving queries and escalating complex issues.

Requirements
