About the role

  • Collaborate with an external payroll service provider
  • Manage and maintain employee personnel files; enter and update HR/ payroll data in the internal system
  • Prepare payroll input and verify the correctness of payroll calculations
  • Prepare payroll posting files for Finance
  • Monitor and verify working time records
  • Support managers in monthly time & attendance processing
  • Provide employee support in using the employee self-service portal and coordinate updates with system providers
  • Prepare employment-related documents in accordance with the Polish Labor Code
  • Manage records of mandatory medical examinations and health & safety training; collaborate with external providers
  • Maintain records of employee benefits and coordinate with benefit suppliers
  • Participate in internal People & Culture initiatives and improvement projects
  • Recommend process improvements within HR and payroll operations

Requirements

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in HR administration
  • Practical knowledge of labor law, social security regulations (ZUS), PFRON rules, and regulations related to employing foreigners
  • Experience working with HR/ payroll systems (SAP SuccessFactors/ SAP MySuccess is an advantage)
  • Experience in payroll processes is a plus
