About the role
- drive agile, end-to-end delivery by translating user and business needs into clear, value-based requirements and priorities
- collect, analyze, and structure business requirements to establish business cases and define goals, scope, and boundaries for initiatives
- understand who uses our application(s), their daily workflows, needs, and pain points
- break down larger initiatives into well-defined epics/features/user stories together with relevant stakeholders
- lead assignments and conduct preliminary studies within projects that affect our business area
Requirements
- bachelor’s or master’s degree in Engineering, IT, or Business
- minimum of 3 years of experience working as a Business IT Analyst or related roles
- fluent in both Swedish and English
