About the role
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, build, and refine modern software services
- Engage with users and stakeholders to translate real needs into effective technical solutions
- Help shape evolving scope, apply strong architectural thinking, and integrate APIs across vehicle, cloud, and enterprise systems
- Mentor others and support continuous improvement, working iteratively
- Facilitate teamwork through coaching and clear communication
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience working across diverse software projects
- Proficient in several programming languages (Python, Java, Kotlin, and TypeScript)
- Comfortable building services with frameworks like Ktor
- Experience with event-driven architectures, API integration, Git, and relevant toolchains (e.g., Polarion)
- Familiarity with LSP, requirements, and test management
- Experience in automotive embedded development or understanding of vehicle software architecture and connectivity is a merit
