About the role
- Independently prepare payroll for a defined group of employees
- Handle all administrative HR tasks from onboarding to offboarding
- Process time recording for the assigned regions
- Independently advise and support specialist and senior managers on HR-related issues and collaborate with our works council
- Prepare statistics and reports
- Implement company agreements and collective bargaining agreements in our HR systems
Requirements
- Several years of proven practical experience in payroll
- Ideally a further qualification as a certified HR specialist (Personalfachkaufmann/-frau)
- Enthusiasm for working on HR-related projects
- Confident user of MS Office applications, especially Excel
- Ideally experience with SAP SuccessFactors
