About the role

  • Drive Erinion’s commercial and market development in Norway, identifying priority customer segments and opportunities that strengthen our long-term position
  • Lead high-value, complex sales opportunities end-to-end, from early customer engagement and solution shaping with technical teams to negotiation and profitable agreement closure
  • Build trusted, long-term relationships with customers and key stakeholders, representing Erinion in the field and driving sustainable business growth
  • Shape and refine the local go-to-market approach, ensuring effective positioning, customer prioritisation and adaptation of Erinion’s value proposition to Norwegian market needs
  • Translate structured market insight into clear direction for commercial planning, forecasting and portfolio development

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in senior sales or business-development roles
  • Background within e-mobility, energy, commercial vehicle industry, or related sectors
  • Proven success in leading complex, high-value sales cycles and closing commercially sound agreements
  • Strong commercial and technical acumen with the ability to translate customer needs and market insight into clear commercial direction
  • Fluent in English and Norwegian with excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Open to regular travel within Norway, and occasionally to the Erinion head office in Stockholm
