About the role

  • Build strong and lasting relationships with customers and key stakeholders, representing Erinion in the field and driving business growth.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in depot charging and fleet electrification, with a strong focus on customer needs and evolving market trends.
  • Own the full sales cycle — from prospecting and pitch delivery to proposal development, negotiation, and deal closure.
  • Develop tailored value propositions spanning charging hardware, energy optimisation, software, and commercial models — acting as a trusted advisor throughout the customer’s electrification journey.
  • Collaborate closely with Deployment, Operations, and technical teams to ensure that what is sold can be delivered profitably and at scale while meeting high customer expectations.
  • Monitor market trends, customer feedback, and competitive activity to continuously refine sales strategies and strengthen our offering.
  • Over the first 12 months, you are expected to execute on the existing pipeline of opportunities as well as build a robust pipeline of depot charging projects for 2027 and beyond across southern Sweden.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in a sales or commercially driven role, preferably within transportation, logistics, or power infrastructure.
  • Comfortable working independently and taking full responsibility for your sales pipeline.
  • Proven experience selling complex, solution-based offerings with long sales cycles and multiple decision-makers.
  • Strong commercial and technical understanding, with a focus on creating value for both customers and business.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Fluent in English and Swedish.
  • Open to frequent travel within southern Sweden (from Malmö to the Jönköping area).
