About the role
- Responsible for the strategic and operational management of the Scania Rent Center
- Sales of Scania Rent trucks
- Acquisition and support of new and existing customers
- Promote our service and maintenance packages tailored to customer needs
- Lead and motivate the Scania rental specialists
- Close collaboration with the Scania new vehicle sales team
Requirements
- Several years of successful sales experience, or equivalent vocational training in this field
- Strong skills in business planning and implementation
- Solid experience in rental operations
- Excellent industry knowledge and solid technical expertise
- Entrepreneurial mindset and customer-oriented approach
- Independent and structured way of working
- Professional demeanor and strong communication skills
- Valid Class C/CE driving license
