About the role
- own and prioritize a research and pilot plan for driver-oriented features
- plan and conduct qualitative and quantitative studies with drivers and transport stakeholders
- design and run small-scale customer pilots
- translate findings into clear recommendations
- collaborate closely with developers, UX colleagues, designers, and product owners
- communicate insights effectively
Requirements
- experience in UX research, human factors, behavioural science, service design, or a related field
- comfortable going from open questions to structured studies and clear insights
- ability to explain findings in understandable language
- enjoyment in being part of a collaborative team
- motivation to help drivers and transport operators have more efficient workdays
