About the role
- Analyze and validate financial data to ensure accuracy and consistency
- Calculate project profitability, challenge expected benefits, and drive value-oriented target setting
- Monitor project performance and assess financial progress against established targets
- Develop and communicate business cases and project economics to senior leadership
- Prepare financial materials for key decision-making forums across TRATON Group
- Manage ad-hoc inquiries and conduct complex analyses related to TMS1 and the broader product portfolio
- Identify risks, challenge assumptions and contribute to continuous improvement of financial processes
- Ensure alignment with TRATON’s financial governance, planning cycles, and budgeting frameworks
- Safeguard financial targets by establishing clear guardrails and maintaining a strong voice in financial matters
- Collaborate extensively with cross-functional partners and international stakeholders
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in financial controlling, business analysis, project controlling or similar analytical role
- Master’s degree in business, industrial engineering or equivalent relevant experience
- Strong system proficiency, ideally including C-place, Power BI and SAP
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Proficient in English; knowledge of Swedish or German is a plus
