About the role

  • Ensuring the customer’s needs and expectations are met throughout their Scania experience, from the first customer enquiry, through administration, invoicing, and follow up
  • Working closely with the Service Team & Workshop Controller to ensure effective delivery of work orders
  • Delivering exceptional customer communication – external and internal
  • Managing and ensuring accuracy of all documentation
  • Creating and invoicing work orders, job lines and allocating work to the workshop for planning of activity

Requirements

  • Ability to think on your feet and show initiative
  • Strong abilities in time management, organisation and administration
  • Effective problem solving, negotiation and influencing skills
  • Professional written and verbal communication skills
  • Mechanical or workshop aptitude
  • Vehicle/transport industry experience preferable
  • Your excellent communication and interpersonal skills will help you to drive positive business outcomes
