About the role
- Ensuring the customer’s needs and expectations are met throughout their Scania experience, from the first customer enquiry, through administration, invoicing, and follow up
- Working closely with the Service Team & Workshop Controller to ensure effective delivery of work orders
- Delivering exceptional customer communication – external and internal
- Managing and ensuring accuracy of all documentation
- Creating and invoicing work orders, job lines and allocating work to the workshop for planning of activity
Requirements
- Ability to think on your feet and show initiative
- Strong abilities in time management, organisation and administration
- Effective problem solving, negotiation and influencing skills
- Professional written and verbal communication skills
- Mechanical or workshop aptitude
- Vehicle/transport industry experience preferable
- Your excellent communication and interpersonal skills will help you to drive positive business outcomes
