About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Taking care of the day to day operations of the accounts and sites in your designated portfolio
  • Conducting site visits ensuring compliance with safety and customer service standards
  • Creating and fostering strong relationships with key clients and store managers
  • Handling all complaints or issues promptly
  • Managing personnel issues for the hourly Cleaners

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Minimum 3-5 years management experience
  • Experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs
  • Ability to work with multiple software platforms and applications
  • Intermediate computer skills including Outlook, Word, and Excel
  • Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • General understanding of financial principles
  • Strong delegation skills
  • Must be able to work under pressure with a sense of urgency
  • Demonstrated dependability with availability for communication and travel
  • Valid drivers license in good standing
