About the role
- Taking care of the day-to-day operations of the accounts and sites in your designated portfolio
- Conducting site visits at store locations ensuring compliance with safety and customer service standards
- Creating and fostering strong relationships with key clients and store managers
- Handling all complaints or issues ensuring utmost satisfaction at all times
- Managing operational activity planning, directing, organizing, and controlling all activities
- Monitoring and managing client specific KPIs to ensure they are met or exceeded
- Ensuring Owner Operators understand contract scope of work
- Managing invoice control, budget, profit and reconciliation of all accounts
Requirements
- Minimum 3-5 years management experience
- Experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs
- Possess the ability to work with multiple software platforms and applications
- Intermediate computer skills including Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- General understanding of financial principles, including budgeting and profitability
- Strong delegation skills
- Must be able to work under pressure with a sense of urgency
- Valid drivers license in good standing
