About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Fluent in English and Spanish for effective patient communication
  • Relevant experience in a high-volume scheduling or customer service role, preferably healthcare-focused
  • Experience managing a high volume of outbound calls
  • Ability to multitask and navigate various systems
  • Outgoing and empathetic personality
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills
  • Comfortable using scheduling software and relevant tools
  • Commitment to ongoing learning and professional development
  • Ability to work 8:00 AM–5:00 PM Central Time
  • Must currently reside in the Central Time Zone
  • Must complete a bilingual Spanish assessment
  • Must adhere to HIPAA regulations and protect patient privacy
