About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Schedule 30–40 patients per day for diagnostic imaging using scheduling software and tools
- Respond to emails and complete administrative tasks
- Communicate with patients and troubleshoot scheduling issues
- Update patient schedules and liaise with imaging centers
- Collaborate with other departments and maintain a positive demeanor
- Adhere to HIPAA regulations and protect patient privacy
- Optimize scheduling operations to support business growth
- Implement new processes for scheduling operations and scalability
- Foster positive stakeholder relationships for cross-functional collaboration
- Participate in professional development and support other areas of the business
Requirements
What you’ll need- Fluent in English and Spanish for effective patient communication
- Relevant experience in a high-volume scheduling or customer service role, preferably healthcare-focused
- Experience managing a high volume of outbound calls
- Ability to multitask and navigate various systems
- Outgoing and empathetic personality
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills
- Comfortable using scheduling software and relevant tools
- Commitment to ongoing learning and professional development
- Ability to work 8:00 AM–5:00 PM Central Time
- Must currently reside in the Central Time Zone
- Must complete a bilingual Spanish assessment
- Must adhere to HIPAA regulations and protect patient privacy
