About the role

  • Engage with prospects and partners to understand business needs, articulate our value proposition, and position Scality’s ARTESCA solutions effectively. Educate prospects and partners on key ARTESCA differentiators—cyber-resilience, unified deployment, cost savings, and deep integration with Veeam.
  • Drive the sales cycle directly with end customers, and co-work and support reseller partners throughout the sales proces.
  • Generate pipeline by actively following up on marketing leads, leveraging channel partner referrals, and executing outbound sales prospecting.
  • Engage proactively with channel partners and build strong channel partner relationships, helping them identify and work on new ARTESCA and ARTES+ Veeam opportunities.
  • Engage proactively with our key alliances to drive joint pipeline growth.
  • Build and maintain a healthy pipeline with accurate forecasting, ensuring consistent achievement of quarterly and annual targets

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of B2B inside sales experience in tech (ideally software/IT infrastructure).
  • Strong communication skills in French and English.
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively across sales, channel management, and product marketing teams.
  • Self-starter attitude with high energy, adaptability, and a passion for SaaS/IT innovation.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce or similar), backup solutions (especially Veeam), and channel strategies.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
