  • Escalate software bugs and request fundamental product enhancements from the backend SDS core engineering team (Beekeeper).
  • Participate in level-2 rotating on-call duties to ensure product continuity and strict SLA compliance.
  • Support hardware-related infrastructure changes and plan field interventions in close collaboration with Data Center teams.
  • Perform constructive peer code reviews to enforce high technical standards and overall software quality.
  • Maintain technical product documentation and produce clear onboarding guides for new teammates.

  • Practical experience with DevOps and automation tools (Ansible, Terraform, GitLab CI/CD).
  • Strong interest in or growing proficiency with production-grade development in Golang.
  • Familiarity with storage ecosystems, low-level hardware, or distributed system monitoring (e.g., Ceph, MinIO, Scality, NVMe/SSDs, Prometheus, Grafana) is highly valued.
