About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage and optimize mail deliverability for TEM and Mailbox products.
- Design and implement a custom monitoring stack to track mail performance and reputation.
- Take full ownership of the mail stack to ensure reliable, high-quality service.
- Monitor and mitigate spam activity to protect the platform's reputation.
- Identify and resolve technical bottlenecks affecting mail delivery.
- Develop internal tools to automate deliverability tracking and reporting.
- Collaborate with production teams to maintain a resilient infrastructure.
- Stay current with global mail security and deliverability standards.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Strong expertise in mail deliverability and anti-spam mechanisms.
- Deep understanding of mail protocols and authentication (DMARC, RUA/RUF, SPF, DKIM).
- Experience building or managing mail monitoring tools.
- Solid background in mail stack management.
- Proven experience in production environments.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Demonstrated leadership and ability to influence technical decisions.
- High level of flexibility to adapt to a project-creation environment.
- Problem-solving mindset to diagnose sudden reputation drops.
