About the role

  • Write and improve in-product content for the Scaleway Console (labels, flows, microcopy, error messages, onboarding content)
  • Participate in product squad rituals (weekly meetings, discovery sessions, refinements)
  • Contribute to design reviews with a content-first, UX-driven mindset
  • Ensure consistency with the style guide and global content standards
  • Collaborate closely with Designers, Product Managers, Developers, and Technical Writers
  • Review and refine existing wording to improve clarity and usability
  • Occasionally contribute to updates of technical documentation
  • Work with tools such as Figma, Git, and Markdown (docs-as-code environment)
  • Simplify complex cloud concepts for a technical B2B audience
  • Support content scalability and translation quality

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in UX Writing, Technical Writing, or Product Content Design
  • Experience working on complex digital products, ideally in cloud computing, SaaS, or technical B2B environments
  • Strong ability to simplify technical concepts into clear, user-facing content
  • Hands-on experience with Figma, Git, and Markdown (docs-as-code approach appreciated)
  • Professional fluency in English (written and spoken)
  • Autonomous and able to lead content topics across stakeholders
  • Strong collaboration skills in cross-functional environments
  • Structured and detail-oriented mindset
  • Critical thinking and ability to challenge product wording constructively
  • Technical curiosity and willingness to deepen cloud knowledge
