About the role

  • Serve as the primary technical point of contact for strategic Enterprise clients.
  • Coordinate support, engineering, and product teams to ensure SLA compliance, incident resolution, and post-mortems.
  • Manage client adoption of Scaleway products, ensuring optimal usage and value realization.
  • Co-lead Quarterly Service Reviews (QSRs) and steering committees with C-level executives: structure meetings, compile data, and define action plans.
  • Provide cloud architecture guidance and cost-optimization (FinOps) recommendations.
  • Handle critical incidents and act as a trusted advisor during crises.
  • Collect and prioritize product feedback from clients, collaborating with Sales and Product teams.
  • Ensure alignment between client needs, the Scaleway roadmap, and business objectives.

Requirements

  • 3 to 5 years of experience in a technical consulting or senior customer engineering role.
  • Expertise in cloud infrastructure (IaaS, PaaS, S3, Kubernetes, Terraform).
  • Strong Linux system administration and networking fundamentals.
  • Proficiency with modern tooling (Jira, Salesforce, Metabase, Google Workspace).
  • Experience with complex migrations (on-premises to cloud or cloud-to-cloud) and designing scalable architectures.
  • Trilingual: fluent in English, French, and Italian.
  • Exceptional communication: able to discuss business ROI with decision-makers and technical details with engineers.
  • Diplomacy & empathy: able to build strong relationships and manage high-pressure crisis situations.
  • Analytical mindset: proactive in identifying problems and proposing innovative solutions.
  • Collaborative spirit: values collective success over individual achievement.
